PIIP 2025

  This morning I woke up at 5:45 and went get in the shower to find out it would not get warm. I made it fast and was kind of sad but I guess it was refreshing. Then I was waiting till like 8 to see of anyone was up and wanted to get breakfast since we were told to go out on the town and find something but to not go alone. So there was a group of six of us who went to this little café, I got a egg, ham and cheese long sandwich. The lady was all by her self and we were late by 7 minutes. Obviously we got an ear beaten, but it was expected. After that we meet with our mentors for the first time to talk about what we would be doing and got get to know each-other. At 12:40 then went back up to our room and off to another airport. It took four vans to transport all of us, we went back to the same one and flew out domestic on Copa. We broke into our groups and of course the machine ran out of ticket paper and and the luggage ones. My turn came up and I weighed 57.8lbs…… so two guys took ...

  I woke up and had to be in the lobby at 9am to head to the airport, arriving there sad to leave the place. Got in line again and received another $12, I used mine on some Hawaiian pizza that later on came out not so good! We flew out and had a three hour flight to panama city where we then reunited with everyone else. We stayed at this place called corral in the city. At 16:30 I meet Jessica in the sixth floor to take my final for math 🙃 after two hours I finished. Then the group who got there late went out to dinner and I eat at some place called Donlee, it was Chinese food. Went back and made a call then that was my day.

  After the whole chaotic shenanigans, I fell asleep in the airport until we started to board at 01:20 for our five-hour flight to Miami. I tried to sleep but I had a middle seat and could not lay on a stranger so I forced my feet under the seat with my bag and purse. I got a solid 3 hours of in-and-out sleep, the turbulence was a bit scary, not going to lie. Then we finally arrived at the airport and met up with the rest of the group and tried to get on their flight to Panama but it did not work out. We then went to the place where we told the situation and they got us a room at the courtyard hotel and a $12 food ticket. After all that we took the shuttle to the room and settled in then the two other girls and I Ubered to Target so that we could get clothes for the beach. The driver had his air on but it was not cool at all and he had a little rat dog with him. However, keep in mind I had no clothes so I have been in the dream clothes since we left. Today is the first of our two-week trip, I arrived at Pasco airport at 15:50 and hauled in my big black bag along with my carry-on items. We left at like 18:00 and arrived at Sea-Tac about an hour later, we then grouped and filled out a questionnaire. Then all of a sudden we were all scrambling  Because we ended up having confusion with the Alaskan and American Airlines. So everyone then has different flights and three of us all of a sudden we're flying out to Cleveland. Another group was going to Tampa, then the other group was still on the original schedule of waiting until midnight to fly out to Miami. The three of us hustled me back after being on the phone with an agent trying to figure out what happened and why Cleveland was supposed to be our final destination but coming home was still on the 27th and scheduling never showed Miami or Panama. We were all freaking out contacted, Jessica and we met up back at gate D9 and she was on a 2-hour phone call t to get all of our stuff ...
